Stetson Hat Size Guide
Stetson Hats
Between sizes? Go up.
A hat should sit reasonably snug — enough that a gust won't lift it, not so tight that you notice it. If your measurement lands between two sizes, take the larger one. A little padding behind the sweatband closes the gap.
How to Measure
Run a tape measure (or a piece of string you can measure afterwards) around your head where the hat will actually sit — across the middle of your forehead and about an eighth of an inch above your ears. Hold it firm but comfortable.
